It sure as hell has been awhile

I felt the need to blog again after going to the Calgary Folk Music Festival with Chevster, then going to Vancouver for a week.
So there, I did.

the heat! no! please! dont make me DIE of this heat!

today's forcast is a scorching 36 degres. no freaking joke. so while i have been dieing from the heat, i decided to get hard at work (i do that everyday....). meanwhile, chevy has been enjoying herself in the big city, and i have no idea what ian's been doing..... but anyhoo... working in my makeshift studio has been nice too, for the rest of the week i plan to rehearse and work, go bus hopping, and then go to the best weekend of the year :D (Calgary Folk Music Fest. with chevy....).

You know that feeling after long travels when you step into your house and you feel pure and utter joy? After a long vacation travelling southern Alberta, I felt the need to come home. A couple interesting places were the Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller, and the worlds largest dinosaur. I managed to get a small round of golfing in, before finishing my journeys in Medicine Hat, to visit some family. Throughout that time, I did a LOT of work, I wrote quite a lot of new music, and I even managed to get some of instrementals figured out... Who knew a rutty old guitar and a pen and paper was all you would need to get some work done.

It's Chevy, I'm currently in ............. KELOWNA BC!!!
woot woot.
I feel quite bored (its so hot the only thing you can do is swim but the pool it too busy for me) and if Ian, Alexis and I don't want Wednesday taking over the blog for herself. =.=
So last night I lost my step mom and ?step aunt? and i was EXTREMELY scared.
So I wrote a song from that raw fear also I have a slight cold that has made my voice, Husky ;P so sexyyyyy voiceeeeee!!!!

And the annoucements for the band are:

1. Sometime this summer im going to be in lethy for 4 days.

Who are these people? Is it the stranger you sat next to on the city bus on your way to work? Is it the person who served you coffee at the local Starbucks this morning? What if, all those people you saw throughout the course of your day we're all part of the LGBTQ community in any given possible way...?

As a canadian, I am proud that the LGBTQ has the majority of the same rights as any other canadian citizen. But other countries are still falling short of those expectations. In 29 states of the United States of America, you can legally get fired just because of your sexuality.

My mission is simple.
Equal-quality is a mission that will stand up for civil rights for the USA, and other countries across the world.
